The mission of Pickles & Pottery is to provide customers with a relaxing & imaginative atmosphere to create something original that can be kept & cherished or given away as a one-of-a-kind, special gift.
Becky has loved arts and crafts from a young age. She thought of opening a paint your own pottery and art studio for years. She received degrees from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee – B.B.A. Marketing and B.S. Merchandising & Interior Design. Along with her education, she has experience in business development and marketing which have helped shape her ideas and concepts for Pickles & Pottery. She gets her entrepreneurial spirit from a long list of business owners in her family, most notably her parents. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, dreaming up new projects for Pickles & Pottery, and playing with her nieces and two Maine Coon cats.
Carly is both a senior at Sherman High School and a proud cat mom of three. After high school she plans to earn a degree in Deaf Education, but for now she happily spends her time going to concerts, binge watching Food Network, knitting, and of course helping people create art at P&P. 🙂
Libby is a recent college graduate waiting to hear back from graduate school. She plans to pursue a career in vocal performance, voice teaching, and choral conducting. She loves all things nerdy from Marvel comics to musicals and is a huge fan of 60s, 70s, and 80s music. Libby loves all animals and frequently does pet-sitting. Succulents are almost an obsession for her and she dreams of having a large garden.
Avery is currently a student at Grayon County College. She loves getting to express herself through drawing, painting, and photography. She’s working toward a bachelor degree in graphic design and hopes to eventually get a job as a professional sports graphic designer.
Isabell is a senior at Howe High School. She has two nephews she loves to play with. She loves DIYs, crafting, and the color yellow. When she graduates she plans to study nursing to become a pediatric nurse. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music, taking pictures, and spending time with her family.
